Recommended Use:
Vinyl Emulsion Colorant, IGLO , is produced  based on  polyvinyl acetate (P.V.A) resins .In order to get favorite color, colorants can be added with different percentages  to all types of P.V.A based paints.
Since the amount of used pigments in the formulation of these colorants is so high , therefore it has high colorific ability .So by  the minimum consumption of it, favorite color can be reached . Also, it is possible to use these colorants for painting interior surfaces ( plaster ,cement, brick, cement composition panels and wood) , directly.
Vinyl Emulsion Colorant  IGLO , has a good drying time and because of the sunlight and UV resistance , it can be used for drawing on wall and textile.

 HOW TO USE:
1- Before applying it's necessary to prepare the surface. This preparation includes removing loose parts , opening cracks , removing crusty paints from the surface . ( If needed , use sand paper for removing old paints ) . Also , the surface must be cleaned from any grease and contaminations in order to get a suitable surface .
Brush must be used for cleaning the  surface from any mineral salts . For cleaning cement surfaces use water jet , and before applying the paint ,be sure about complete drying of surface .   
2- For repairing related materials must be used . plaster is using for  interior surfaces , generally .
3- After repairing , you can use scraper to flatten surface , and according to favorite flatness or roughness , sand papering the whole surfaces .
4- In this stage  if needed to achieve flat surface , putty can be used . After puttying , it must be sealing . Therefore to get a flat surface , proper sand papering is necessary .
Puttying and sealing of that , till getting the flat surface can be continued .
5- Mix vinyl emulsion colorant (IGLO) with proper amount of vinyl emulsion paint and till complete smoothness ,continue mixing. Adding some amount of water among dilution will help in simplicity.
6-In case of direct applying of ALVAN vinyl emulsion colorant (IGLO) on the surface , dilution ratio with water  depends on temperature, surface and painting tools.
But in normal painting condition ,dilution ratio with water, based on weight percentage  , with brush 50 % , with roller 40% and paint gun 70% .
7- In order to get a flat and soft painted surface according to different colors , applying 1-2 layer coating is recommended . The proper temperature for paint application is 20-25º C , and  interval  between each layer of coating , is at least 3 hours .

HOW TO CLEAN TOOLS:
Remove the spattered material with soap and warm water  immediately. Also after use , wash your hands and painting tools with warm water and soap. For preventing corrosion of painting tools and equipments , wash them with white spirit and dry them  immediately.

SAFETY POINTS AND STORAGE CONDITIONS :
Keep the paint can in dry and cool place , far from the direct sunlight.
Keep the can closed after use.
Prevent paint from freezing . It is recommended to use this product  
before the expire date  (  maximum 1 year ) .
Sanding or scraping the old alkyd painted surface can cause poisonous lead dust. Exposure to lead dust or fumes may cause brain damage or other adverse health effects , especially in children or pregnant women. Controlling exposure of lead or other hazardous substances requires the use of proper protective equipment , such as proper  fitted respirator
( NIOSH approved ) and proper containments .Finally , clean up your working area.
