Recommended Use:
 Applying  this sealer, before applying Water base Alvan Acrylic silicon  paint(ALCO-3104) on the absorbent exterior surfaces such as plaster , concrete , brick , cement composition panels and also before applying acrylic silicon paint (ALCO-3111) on interior surfaces , is recommended .
Because of the high penetration and water resistance rate of this sealer all the cracks and pores of the surface will be covered, This not only caused a better adhesion but also increases the coverage and sustainability of the paint .The ultra advantage of (ALCO-3308) is the ability of breathing of the lower layers by using this product.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AT 25ºC :
Theoretical coverage: 10 m² /Lit.
Through drying time: 1-3 hours.
Gloss ( With angle 60º ) : 35-45
Recoat time : Maximum 1 hour.

Application  Methods:
Brush , spray and Roller.

How to Use :
1-In order to get a suitable surface , before painting , clean the surface from any dust , grease and even old paints. For cleaning cement surfaces , use Water Jet method and before applying sealer , be sure about complete drying of surface .
2- Dilute Alvan's sealer with proper amount of water and till achieving the suitable thickness , apply  in several layers with 1 hours interval . The dilution ratio of sealer with water , depends on environment temperature, surface and also application methods . But in normal painting's conditions dilution ratio of sealer with water , base on weight percentage, with   brush :40% , with roller: 30% and with paint gun: 60 % .
3- Apply Alvan Acrylic – silicon facade paint (ALCO-3104) and  (ALCO-3111) , as related instructions .

RECOMMENDED DRYING FILM THICKNESS :
10-20 micron drying film is recommended.

RECOMMENDATIONS :
1- Stir the content well before use.
2- Brushing is suggested.
3- If needed and based on type of surface ,  apply two layers of Alvan Acrylic-silicon sealer .

HOW TO CLEAN TOOLS:
Remove the spillage of substance with soap and warm water  immediately. Also after use , wash your hands and painting tools with warm water and soap. For preventing corrosion of painting tools and equipments , wash them with white spirit and dry them  immediately.

SAFETY POINTS AND STORAGE CONDITIONS :
Keep the paint can in dry and cool place , far from the direct sunlight.
Keep the can closed after use.
Prevent sealer from freezing . It is recommended to use this product  
Before the expire date(  maximum 6 months ).
Sanding or scraping the old alkyd painted surface can cause poisonous lead dust. Exposure to lead dust or fumes may cause brain damage or other adverse health effects , especially in children or pregnant women. Controlling exposure of lead or other hazardous substances requires the use of proper protective equipment , such as proper  fitted respirator ( NIOSH approved )and proper containments .Finally , clean up your working area.
